We offer various “Client and Property Care” packages, which are designed to meet your needs and we are also happy to discuss and tailor make a package, which suits your personal requirements.

The basic package covers but is not limited to:
Open up, air the Villa and check the following once every week. Security system and door locks.
Water, electricity, and telephone connections. WIFI and TV operation. Villa cleaning. Villa gardening.. Pool cleaning.
Fridge and deep freeze (if running). Heating and air conditioning (if running).
Garden irrigation system and lighting.. Entrance gates and garden fencing.
Empty mail box and forward post if requested. Starting and running cars during the villa check
Report any defects to the owner. Intermittent Visits, Included in the Annual Fee (When the villa is unoccupied)
Check the interior and exterior of the villa after heavy rain and strong winds.
Take emergency action if necessary and report any defects to the owner.
Project management of works include pool construction & repairs, villa extensions & renovations, garden design & planting, golf pitch & putt construction, land clearance for landscaping are some of the main projects managed by Ventry Estates “Client and Property Care” services. The fee for project management is negotiable with the client.

Please note: We do not ask for formal contracts, if you no longer wish to use our services, then all you have to do is write to us and let us know.
The additional optional services are charged out per item on a monthly basis. Our “Client and Property Care” fees are invoiced biannually.
